Boho Scarf? Necklace? NARF?

I really don't know what to call this thing. It's part scarf, part necklace, but all fabulous. I wanted something to keep my neck warm but not add all the bulk. After all, in doesn't get THAT cold in Texas. Bonus points for the extra pizzazz it added to my outfits.

Background: I attended a craft fair a month or so back and ran into a lady that had made several of these in all kinds of colors. She immediately came over and told me how to make them. I knew I had to have one. I adjusted the concept a bit and changed up the colors to work with my color cravings. I liked it so much I made a few more.

What do you think? What would you call it?
