Flower of Life Jacket with Oversize Hoodie

One of my goals next year is to start bringing some of my clothing designs to life with crochet. To help with that, I've been working up patterns by other designers so I can gain more knowledge on the various construction methods. When I saw this pattern by Starlily Creations, I knew I had to make one.

Her pattern calls for worsted weight yarn, which would be fabulous, but I decided to go with a lighter weight to see how that would look. I am pleased with the results. What a fun, girly, jacket to wear over jeans and a casual top.
