Autumn Leaves in Manhattan
As I prepare for #dfwfiberfest2019 I am making a lot of samples with my hand-dyed yarn - Friday Night Fibers. With this particular project I really wanted to highlight the Manhattan colorway, which reminds me of fall. I was thrilled to find this pattern on Ravelry by Kim Miller called "Autumn Leaves." BONUS - IT'S FREE!
I went up to a hook size E as I tend to have tight tension. The pattern was a blast to work with - easy enough to get into the groove yet interesting enough to keep me from getting bored. I love how it turned out.
The leaves have such a nice, lacy effect and add a nice touch of interest without being overwhelming. I see lots of wear in its future.
Happy Hooking!
