Driftwood Scarf crocheted by Sharpin Designs

Pocket Scarf

Have you seen the pocket scarves that are so popular this year? It seems like EVERYONE I know is making one. When Stacy at Yarn and You asked me to make a sample for the shop, I jumped on it. I didn't really want one for myself but I wanted to make one.

Until now. It's done and I want to keep it. The yarn Stacy picked is Be Wool, which has become one of my favorites to work with this year. This thing is yummy and soft and warm and feels amazing. The best part? I think I have maybe 2-3 hours total in this. I actually did the main part of the scarf while hubby and I were driving around running errands. I then did the pockets while watching TV. Attaching the pockets and adding the fringe took only a few minutes. Wow! Fantastic results for such little time investment.

The pattern is by Crochet Dreamz and is called Driftwood Scarf. You can get a copy here on Ravelry.
